AMENDMENT OF REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE
No. KEP-75/BC/1996 DATED NOVEMBER 25,1996 ON
THE PROCEDURE FOR CUSTOMS INSPECTION OF EXPORTED GOODS
Considering:
- a. that improvement in the smooth flow of goods and documents in the framework of export constitutes the main demand for the promotion of economic activities;
- b. that to intensify the flow of goods and documents the rights and interests of the state must continue to be taken into account of and it is therefore deemed necessary to regulate customs management in the export area in a decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise;
- c. that to translate into reality the above-mentioned matters, it is necessary to amend a number of provisions in Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. KEP-75/BC/1996 on the procedure for customs inspection of exported goods.
In view of:
- a. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book No. 75/1995);
- b. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 487/KMK.05/1996 dated July 31, 1996 on customs management in the export area;
- c. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 575/KMK.05/1996 dated September 18, 1996 on the management of transportation further or transportation straight away of imported or exported goods;
- d. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 689/KMK.05/96 dated December 18, 1996 on the procedure for the imposition of customs-related administrative sanctions.

THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE ON AMENDMENT OF THE DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE NO. KEP-75/BC/1996 DATED NOVEMBER 25, 1996 CONCERNING CUSTOMS INSPECTION OF EXPORTED GOODS.
Article 1
To amend the provision in Decision of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. KEP-75/BC/1996 on the procedure for customs inspection of exported goods, as follows:
Any reference to the term of Letter of Notification on the Imposition of Administrative Fines (SPPDA) should be read as Letter of Decision on Administrative Sanctions (SPSA) as meant in Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 689/KMK.05/1996 dated December 18, 1996.
Article 2
This decision shall take effect as from the date of stipulation and if an error is found in future, proper rectification of this decision shall be introduced.
